Proceedings of the 11th IWCC will be published as a special issue of

Superconductor Science and Technology　with guest editors of T.Takizawa,

E. S. Otabe, T. Matsushita and M. Murakami.  Those who wish to

publish the paper should bring the hard copy of the manuscript to the

registration desk on site by July 30, 2003.  The format will follow the

instructions of the paper submission for SUST.  More detailed

information will be provided in the near future.
